The Housing Justice Values document is a project of and reflection of Germantown Residents for Economic Alternatives Together (GREAT). It has been informed by several community conversations we’ve hosted over the years and is a collaboration amongst GREAT Organizers, Housing Committee members, and Learning Circle participants. GREAT writers integrated feedback from folks involved in GREAT’s housing work, via surveys and meetings.  

This document is not an action plan. It is a living document which can guide the development of solutions, projects, plans, and initiatives.
